Ex-Man Utd star Gary Neville accuses Premier League of ‘bully’ behaviour amid Uefa ban rumours

Gary Neville has accused the Premier League of performing like ‘bullies’ within the face of the potential introduction of an impartial soccer regulator. 

The Soccer Governance Invoice launched in March by the Conservatives and now being pushed forward by Labour contains the institution of an impartial soccer regulator.

Neville accuses Premier League of ‘bully’ behaviour
