LIST: 42 party-list teams fail to qualify for 2025 elections

MANILA, Philippines — Forty-two party-list teams will not be eligible to take part within the upcoming 2025 polls for failing to get sufficient votes or take part within the final two elections, in line with the Fee on Elections.

In a decision dated October 1, Comelec stated that 31 of the 42 party-list teams did not safe at the least two % of votes for the party-list system and did not get hold of a seat within the Home of Representatives. These are:

  • 1st Shoppers Alliance for Rural Power, Inc.
  • Abe Kapampangan
  • Acts Abroad Filipino Employees Coalition of Group
  • Ako Bisdak-Bisayang Dako (AB-BD), lnc.
  • Aksyon Magsasaka-Partido Tinig Ng Masa
  • Alliance of Public Transport Group, Inc.
  • Anakpawis
  • Ang Kabuhayan
  • Ang Laban ng Indiginong Filipino
  • Ang Nationwide Coalition of Indigenous Peoples Motion Na! Inc.
  • Angkla: Ang Partido Ng Mga Pilipinong Marino, Inc.
  • Arts Enterprise and Science Professionals
  • Ating Agapay Sentrong Samahan ng mga Obrero, Inc.
  • Avid Builders of Energetic Nation’s Citizenry In the direction of Empowered Philippines
  • Butil Farmers Social gathering
  • Kabalikat ng Hustisiya ng Nagkakaisang Manileno (previously Kabal ikat ng Nagkakaisang Manileno)
  • Kilusang MayPagasa
  • Kooperatiba-Kapisanan ng Magsasaka ng Pilipinas
  • Mindoro Sandugo Para Sa Kaunlaran, Inc. (previously Partido Sandugo)
  • Nationwide Affiliation of Electrical energy Shoppers for Reforms, Inc.
  • Noble Development of Marvelous Individuals of the Philippines, Inc.
  • One Unified Transport Alliance of the Philippines – Bicol Area

In the meantime, the remaining 11 teams could have their registration canceled after they did not take part within the final two elections:

“This Decision shall take impact instantly upon its publication,” the Comelec decision reads.

Comelec likewise directed its Clerk of the Fee to implement the decision.

Earlier, the fee stated that it has thus far accredited 41 new party-list organizations and rejected 142 organizations making use of as party-list teams for the upcoming elections.
